Refund policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Rink Built™. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and included components. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at rinkbuillt@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and applicable shipping details.

Please do not send your order back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review it and work to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

After a refund is issued, your bank or card provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
